Warm Valley Health Care is a federally funded 638 program administered by the Eastern Shoshone Tribe under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act. The program delivers comprehensive health services to enrolled Eastern Shoshone Citizens and individuals eligible for tribal enrollment, supporting the Tribe's mission to enhance community health and wellness through self-determined care.
